Cliff and Phil Henderson sponsored the National Air Races. They began in the early 1920s and ended the classic age of air racing in 1939. Those were the days of the Thompson and Bendix races in which the great aviators competed. This is a reproduction of a 1936 air race poster. Racing airplanes are shown circling a pylon as spectators watch from the stands in the background. Tin signs make great gifts. Approx. 10" x 14"
